Warranty Policy (Aluminum Products Only)
At KaMic Home, we are committed to delivering high-quality aluminum products designed for durability and long-term performance. This warranty policy applies exclusively to KaMic Home aluminum products, including but not limited to aluminum bi-fold doors, bi-fold windows, multi-panel sliding doors, and sliding windows. This warranty supersedes any previous warranty terms for discontinued product categories.
We proudly offer a limited parts-only warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the component, under normal residential use.
1. What Does Our Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser.

Aluminum Frame & Panels – Up to 10 Years
Coverage includes structural integrity issues such as warping or corrosion under normal conditions. -
Glass Panels (Seal Failure Only) – 5 Years
Covers seal failure resulting in internal condensation or fogging between glass panes. -
Hardware, Rollers & Tracks – 5 Years
Includes hinges, handles, locks, rollers, and track systems under proper use. -
Weather Seals & Gaskets – 3 Years
Covers defects that result in air or water leakage due to material failure.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs (parts-only warranty).
- Improper installation not following KaMic guidelines or industry standards.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
- Accidents, impact damage, fire, flood, or natural disasters.
- Use of harsh chemicals or improper cleaning methods.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or discoloration.
- Unauthorized modifications or use of non-KaMic parts.
- Installation of aftermarket coatings, films, or alterations.
- Air or water infiltration under extreme weather conditions (not considered defects).
- Accessories such as screens, blinds, or decorative add-ons.
3. Replacement Parts Policy
If a defect is confirmed under warranty, KaMic Home will provide replacement parts at no charge.
- Warranty is parts-only; labor and installation are not included.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs of replacement parts.
- Delivery time may vary depending on inventory and logistics conditions.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Submit photos or videos showing the issue
- Include a detailed description of the problem and when it started
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the KaMic Home aluminum product.
- This warranty does not transfer to any subsequent owner, buyer, tenant, contractor, or third party.
- This warranty applies only to products installed at the original installation location.
- KaMic Home is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
